How do I get a price for my home?

Do you charge by the hour?
No. Every clean is a flat price based on bedrooms and bathrooms, so the price does not climb if a visit runs long. Deep and move-out cleans are adjusted for condition before you book.
What if my home is larger than usual or needs extra work?
Anything over 5 bedrooms gets a custom quote. If a home needs far more than a normal deep clean, such as heavy buildup or post-renovation mess, we will talk it through with you and agree on a price before we begin.
When does recurring pricing kick in?
After the first visit. Your first clean is a standard or deep clean depending on the home, and then the lower weekly, every-two-week or monthly price applies.
