Terms of service

Effective October 2026. These terms cover cleaning booked with Trusted House Cleaning Services Fulshear.

Prices

We price cleans flat by home size. Your confirmed price is the one we send you before the visit. If the home is materially different from what was described (size, condition, or added work), we will tell you before starting and agree any change with you.

Residential only

We clean homes and small offices.

Access and safety

You agree to give us safe access at the scheduled time and to tell us about pets, alarms and anything fragile or off-limits. We may decline work that is unsafe, including biohazards, pest infestations or heavy mold.

Payment

Payment is by card through a secure online link. Prepaid packages are paid in full up front and are for the home they were sold for.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to visits booked after the effective date shown.
